Reservations
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
You will also be required to complete a reservation form. 
This form will be emailed to you by
Kim Sabatini once your dates have been selected.
Final Payment is due 30 days  prior to your check in date.
Final Payment is due 45 days prior to your check in date for Holiday Rentals.
Final Payment is due 60 days prior to your check in date for Monthly Rentals.
 

Cancellations & Refunds
Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date
to receive a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee.
Reservations must me cancelled 45 days prior to your arrival date
on Holiday rentals to receive a full refund less a $20 cancellation fee.
Reservations must be cancelled 60 days prior to your arrival date
for Monthly Rentals to receive a full refund less $20 cancellation fee.
If reservations are cancelled after the 30, 45 or 60 day grace period a full refund, less the $20 cancellation fee, will be issued if the unit is re-rented.
There is a $20 cancellation fee on all cancellations.

All prices are quoted in US dollars.
 

Payment Options
We accept cash, Checks and all major credit cards.
If you would like to pay by cash  you must make your 30% deposit
by check or credit card and the balance may be paid in cash when you check in.
If you would like to pay by check,
all checks must be received 45 days prior to your arrival date.
 If you would like to pay by credit card you will receive an invoice from Pay Pal.  Credit card payments may be made at any time.
 

Check In
When you choose Casa Sabatini
as your home away from home check in is very easy.
The flight information that you provide us with on the reservation form
will be used by our property manager, Esther,  in San Jose Del Cabo & Cabo San Lucas to meet you at the condo unit at the proper time of day.
Esther will meet you at the condo with the condo keys and the keys to your in room safe.
They will provide you with information about the unit & the area. 
They will also give you a tour of the unit & answer any questions you may have.
